University of the Cumberlands

WILLIAMSBURG, KY In recognition of academic performance, the Office of Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (a full course load), maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 for the semester, and be in good academic standing.

The following students from the area made the Dean’s List for spring 2024: Trevor Pfiester of Ludowici Ambaka Le Gregam of Castanet-Tolosan To be eligible for the President’s List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (a full course load), maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 4.0 for the semester, receive an “A” grade in UC Engage, and be in good academic standing.

Millikin University

DECATUR, IL – The Millikin University community gathered again for the annual Honors Convocation and Distinguished Faculty Lecture on Thursday, April 25, at Kirkland Fines Arts Center to honor faculty, staff and student accomplishments as the academic year approaches its close.

Over 125 awards were presented to Millikin students and faculty who were honored for their commitment to academic excellence and Alela Kinyua, from Hinesville, received the Dr. J. Roger Miller Leadership Award.

University of North Georgia

DAHLONEGA – For the spring 2024 semester, the University of North Georgia (UNG) awarded about 1,700 degrees and certificates to graduates. Many of the graduates participated in the spring 2024 commencement ceremonies held May 2-3 at the Convocation Center at UNG’s Dahlonega Campus.

Michelle Walton of Ludowici graduated with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.

Southern New Hampshire University

MANCHESTER, NH Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) congratulates the following students on being named to the Winter 2024 President’s List. The winter terms run from January to May.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President’s List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer.
