A third-generation ordained minister from St. Louis, now based in Atlanta, Dr. Williams began shaping her voice early—both as a worship leader and an award-nominated singer-songwriter. Her debut album Culture Shock earned a Dove Award nomination and peaked at #4 on iTunes. “My journey has always been about creating space for transformation,” she reflects. “Whether I’m on stage or behind a brand, my mission is to move people forward.”
When asked how her perspective on leadership has evolved, Dr. Williams explains, “Leadership isn’t about being the loudest—it’s about building legacy through service, stewardship, and strategy.” That philosophy guided her as Worship Pastor and Creative Director for Joyce Meyer Ministries and co-host of the Talk It Out podcast, which reached over 20 million listeners. Today, as the CEO of Jai Entertainment, Echo My Brand, and The AdVaughtage Agency, she helps ministries and creatives amplify their message with clarity and authenticity.
Dr. Williams’ reach is global, yet her impact remains deeply personal. “I’m motivated by transformation—seeing people step out of survival mode and into purpose.” As a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and TEDx speaker, she’s guided countless leaders, including household names like Real Talk Kim and Dr. Jamal Bryant.
