Dr. Benjamin F. Simmons, Jr. began his journey with conte’ crayon and charcoal, sketching emotions and stories from deep within. But his most powerful masterpiece would come later—not on paper, but in lives changed through prayer, healing, and relentless faith. An artist-turned-Airman-turned-Apostle, Dr. Simmons’ journey is one of radical transformation, divine calling, and global impact.
A defining moment came during his Air Force service when a co-worker invited him to a Bible study. “I didn’t know what was happening to me,” he recalls, “but I knew I wanted what they had.” That moment marked the birth of his spiritual rebirth—a turning point that would shape decades of service. He began spending lunch breaks in prayer and later requested a church key just to pray through the night. “My soul screamed for prayer,” he says. That hunger became the foundation of Faith Consulate, the ministry he co-founded with his wife in 2011.

Dr. Simmons’ story isn’t just about faith—it’s about action. He has witnessed documented miracles: cancers disappearing, organs restored, and people discarding walkers to walk freely. His boldness in faith was never more evident than when he spoke healing into his father’s catatonic body—commanding restoration, which came instantly. “What drives me is watching God work,” he says. “It’s humbling and exhilarating all at once.”
Asked how he balances ministry, education, and service, Dr. Simmons credits discipline and divine purpose. “When you’re walking in your calling, God gives you the capacity to do more than you imagined.” While pursuing his doctorate in Epidemiology, he also expanded Faith Consulate’s reach to Ghana, India, South Africa, and the Philippines.
As he reflects on his journey, Dr. Simmons hopes his life will inspire others to embrace divine purpose boldly: “My prayer is that my story helps others see their own as sacred.”
