Dr. Harris’ perspective on leadership has grown over time. “Leadership isn’t about titles,” he says. “It’s about showing up, doing the work, and making sure no one is left behind.” This ethos guided his transition into community service and advocacy. As International President of Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity, Inc., he continues to mentor fellow veterans and lead initiatives that uplift underserved communities.

A deeply spiritual man, Dr. Harris draws strength from his faith and his family. His guiding principle, passed down from his late grandmother, remains: “No one and nothing comes before family except for God.” His unwavering values have shaped every step of his path.

Reflecting on his legacy, Dr. Harris hopes to inspire others to honor their roots, serve with integrity, and never lose sight of what truly matters. “I want people to see that you can serve, lead, and still be grounded in love, loyalty, and purpose.”
