Sporty Kate wows yet again with her athletic achievements

Perhaps it’s no surprise she’s at home on a Ruby pitch. 

Kate is Princess of Wales and patron of the Rugby Football Union after all.

So who better to run out for a practice session with Maidenhead Ruby Club – her local team – yesterday.  

The 41-year-old princess spent time talking to the players about fatherhood, young children and how sports clubs can help families.

But it was hard not to be impressed – again – by the sheer range of have-a-go Kate’s sporting interests. 

Speaking to England wheelchair rugby league team back in January, Kate revealed  she takes every chance to squeeze exercise into her daily routine, ‘even jumping on the trampoline with the children before school.’

Here, from ping pong to doing battle with lorry tyres, the Mail’s Royal section looks at Kate’s finest – and most unlikely – sporting moments…
