{KXLG – Vermillion, SD} The University of South Dakota (USD) has proudly announced the Dean’s List and Academic Honors for the spring 2024 semester, recognizing the outstanding academic achievements of its students.
This past semester, approximately 2,279 students have been honored for their high academic performance. This recognition is a testament to their dedication, hard work, and commitment to academic excellence.
The Dean’s List, a prestigious honor roll, includes full-time undergraduate students with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher in their spring 2024 semester courses. In addition to their impressive GPA, these students have demonstrated consistency in their studies, with no incomplete or failing grades.
For part-time students taking fewer than 12 credit hours, USD has bestowed the recognition of Academic Honors. This distinction acknowledges part-time students’ unique challenges and celebrates their academic success despite a lighter course load.
The University of South Dakota commends all the students on the Dean’s List and those receiving Academic Honors for their remarkable academic accomplishments. Their achievements reflect their personal and academic growth and contribute to the university’s ongoing commitment to fostering an environment of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.
