More than £24,000 has been raised for a Jersey charity following an annual walking challenge.
About 500 walkers, aged eight and over, took part in the Jersey Mencap’s South Coast Charity Challenge on Sunday.
The 24km (15-mile) route stretched from La Rocque to Radio Towers near Corbiere Lighthouse.
Organisers said funds would go towards the charity’s projects supporting people with learning disabilities.
Chair John Hutchins said: “It’s an important fundraiser for us but also a great opportunity for walkers to take on a personal challenge with the sense of achievement it offers.”
