BROAD BROOK, CT — Graduation is a major milestone and deserves to be celebrated! That’s why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to recognize our community’s outstanding 2024 graduates.

Ana-Lois demonstrates years of tireless work both in school and in her extracurricular pursuits. Aside from being a strong honor student in the classroom, she actively participates in the Connecticut Science and Engineering Fair, Girl Scouts and FIRST Robotics. Her accomplishments include being named the 2023 FIRST Robotics Dean’s List International winner, 2023 Connecticut Technology Council’s Women of Innovation Youth winner, 2024 NCWIT National winner and repeated US Nationals Invention Convention winner all of which recognizes her academic excellence, research, demonstrated leadership and innovation. Her service to the community includes the creation of a mobile makerspace cart for East Windsor Middle School, being an advocate for STEM through outreach and mentorship and research and support of women’s reproductive cancers at Yale’s School of Medicine. Ana-Lois has a bright future ahead of her as she attends Yale University this fall, where she will study biomedical engineering. Her family and friends are extremely proud of her and know she will make a difference in this world.
