Nia Roberts – Nia has a genuine passion for helping young people achieve their goals and improve their physical and mental health through weightlifting. She has managed to grow her club to over 50 members and produce multiple Welsh and British medalists. Her dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all ages is commendable, as is her initiative to set up a charity to provide weightlifting shoes to those who can’t afford them. Nia is not only a skilled coach but also a caring and compassionate person who has made a positive impact on the lives of many young people.
Zoe Chandler – Zoe is an outstanding role model, coach, and community leader. Her dedication to promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle among children and adults is inspiring, and her commitment to creating a positive and safe learning environment for all her students is commendable.
